Shipping and Returns


We like to keep things simple just like our product. We offer FREE shipping in UK. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and a notification will be sent to you with a tracking ID. You will be able to track the status of delivery. Typically the delivery takes 10-15 business days. Please reach out to us using the Contact form if you have any queries on your order. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our warehouse. If the shipment is shown as delivered on the logistics carrier website, the package will be deemed as delivered to you.


All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days after delivery. If the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. 

Refunds will not be granted if:

1.Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error

2.Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making the order and the order has already been shipped out.

Please note that in all cases, you will have to bear the return shipping cost of the product. We will provide you with the address for returns once we have reviewed the details you provide. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Impact of Covid-19 on shipping:

Our warehouse teams are working hard to pack all orders while maintaining a safe social distance at this time. Please allow approximately 3-4 days for your order to be processed by our team.

Parcel delivery may take longer than usual
Orders are also taking longer to be received due to delays with logistics across the globe. Please follow your order tracking details when you receive your shipping confirmation email from us. As a minimum, we suggest allowing at least 20 business days for your delivery to be completed.

Whilst we understand this could be a long wait, we appreciate your patience as we continue to work with our delivery partners to prioritize your shipments. We will absorb the additional freight cost incurred and continue to provide you with free shipping on our product!
